Our Story

Choose your favourite coffee from our local, artisan, speciality coffee suppliers the Bean Brothers. Incredibly popular is our house blend, their award winning ‘Derek’ with its keynotes of cocoa, almond biscotti and apricot delighting customers.

Or you can select our daily guest coffee, and purchase beans or ground for home from our Bean Brothers’ range including Colombian, Guatemalan, Ethiopian or Kenyan. You can choose V60, Chemex or Aeropress. Alternative milk options are available for you.

Enjoy a wide selection of Suki loose teas, hot chocolates, iced coffees, cold brew, smoothies, soft drinks, beers and wine.

If you are hungry peruse our menu offering breakfasts, freshly made sandwiches (served on artisan bread), bagels with delicious fillings, hearty soups, and salads as well as pastries, and cakes. Freshly baked goods are provided by local, independent suppliers Holmemades and Roger’s Bakery.

For home you can buy the incredibly sought-after and award winning Roger’s Sourdough and Seeded Malthouse loaves. There is a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options. Our ingredients are sourced from local, independent suppliers, where humanly possible.

You can chose from seating on two floors, either in front of our picture windows to watch the world go by, large wooden tables that seat up to 10, cinema seats in a cosy alcove, or outdoor seating. Highchairs are available for your little folk. Or you can simply order takeout drinks and food.

You can use our free fibre optic Wi-Fi, and save up for a free drink on our loyalty cards. Please bring in your favourite pooch and ask for a dog biscuit and puppacino, as we are dog friendly.

For your coffee drinks at home we sell a range of paraphernalia from V60s and filter papers to Aeropresses and grinders. To tempt and delight you there is also a small selection of handpicked coffee and tea related vintage china for sale.
